To support high school students across the country who demonstrate exceptional abilities in science and mathematics, providing them with opportunities to develop their potential in mathematics, science, and computer science. The foundation aims to enhance both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, enabling students to analyze and solve complex problems while preparing them for selection in international academic Olympiads.

To contribute to the advancement of science, mathematics, and computer education at the school level, ensuring it meets international standards. The foundation operates with strong collaboration from the Ministry of Education, the Faculty of Science from 20 public universities nationwide, and the Institute for the Promotion of Teaching Science and Technology (IPST). Additionally, the foundation receives government funding through IPST and support from both public and private sector organizations.
